Key Responsibilities

• Giving tour to prospective parents

• Proactively follow through of all prospects and leads to ensure proper enrollment

• To provide efficient and friendly service to all parents, visitors, and children

• Monitor the enrollment and withdrawal

• Follow up with the withdrawal

• Responding to parent concerns

• Overseeing the administration team

The successful candidate should:

- University graduates with at least 3 years working experience in administrative or sales position. Managerial and front line customer service experience in hotels, learning centers or schools would be a plus.

- have demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills with teachers, students, parents and the community at large;

- Excellent English (oral and written);

- enjoy and passionate working with the young children;

- Excellent computer skills, including word, excel, emails etc.

- Highly organized and detailed oriented.

- Managerial experience preferred but not required.
