Fine tune for operation procedure/ guideline, incl. troubleshooting procedure and workflow for 2nd line support and NOC
Initial change management approval process (after project phase)
Fine tune for change management workflow (after project phase)
Change management
Support : O&M support, troubleshooting, incl. coordination with 2nd/3rd parties
24 hours support
Trouble report
Incident report
Network re-tune, optimization, migration

Staff Requirement

1. All engineers must hold Bachelor in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Electronic engineering or equivalent.
2. All engineers must have at least 3 year’s relevant working experience on any one of above equipments.
3. All engineers must have good communication skills and fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua. Fluent in English is preferred

       4. Contract period : Total 18 months
