Responsibilities:

• Leading support and infrastructure team for the daily support issues of IT systems
• Project delivery, implementation and management of enterprise IT Solutions.
• Perform team supervisory and vendor management.
• Develop plans, manage deliverables and communicate with users and third party IT providers
• Evaluate new IT technology and prepare related documents such as operation workflow
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline;
• At least 10 years working experience on system/application support, of which 2 years in a team lead or managerial role
• Solid experience of MS Server 2008, Active Directory, MS SQL, VPN
• Solid experience in IT project system development and implementation and SDLC
• Experience in backup solutions such as Rsync is preferred
• Working with VMware and ERP environment is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, managerial and people management skills, as well as proven vendor management experience
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
