Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process policy administration issues accurately and within targeted turnaround time
  • Prepare and distribute policy details, medical card and fulfillment package
  • Work closely with supervisor to manage the team and to keep track of work volume
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as necessary

 

Requirements

  • F.7 or above, preferably with professional insurance qualifications 
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years relevant experience in medical / general insurance industry 
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented 
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
