Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process policy administration issues accurately and within targeted turnaround time
- Prepare and distribute policy details, medical card and fulfillment package
- Work closely with supervisor to manage the team and to keep track of work volume
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as necessary
Requirements
- F.7 or above, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
- Preferably 2 to 3 years relevant experience in medical / general insurance industry
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
