Requirements:

• Hold Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• More than 1 year IT support experience
• Knowledge in network, PC Hardware and Software (MS Office and Windows) are must
• Holder of ITIL, MCSE and CCNA is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Juniper, Cisco, F5, HP Blade, Cloud migration is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under high pressure
• Good English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality helpdesk support to in-house users and subsidiaries member
• Standard Procedure and Deskside documentation updating
• To test and evaluate new/enhanced versions of software/hardware
• To assist in project work to upgrade or implement new systems
