The Requirements are :

• Process and settle Marine Cargo Insurance Claims with assigned authority limit
• Set and monitor claims reserve adequately from time to time
• Evaluate the claims as according to the insurance policy
• Appoint surveyor to investigate the cause of loss and the loss amount
• Prepare claims report and handle enquiries from claimants and insurers
• Maintain good relationship with clients and insurers
• Capable staff will have opportunity for participation in overseas marketing meeting
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as required
• Bachelor Degree holder with possesses recognized insurance professional qualification is an advantage
• Min 3-5 years' relevant working experience in handling Marine Cargo Claims preferable or at least claims handling experience
• Good knowledge in Marine Cargo Insuarance
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work independently and under work pressure
• Self-motivated with excellent communicaton and interpersonal skills
• A good team player and customer-oriented
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Claims Assistant
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
