YOU have to:

1. Act as the associate of Senior Development Officer to develop various systems, processes, and procedures; 
2. Maintain and revise the operating procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness;
3. Always identify and analyze the operational problems with experts in different areas;
4. Seek continuous improvement in business management.
   
   

YOU need to possess:

1. Honest, reliable, diligent, motivated;
2. Familiar with quality control and project management;
3. Belt-holder or formal training of 6 Sigma is preferred;
4. 3 ~ 5 years relevant working experience;
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
6. Familiar with popular office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and mobile apps application;
7. Good in English and Chinese typing 40 words per minutes or voice input (not handwriting pad);
8. Degree holder without major preference.
