Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the followings:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to provide professional services relating to staff recruitment, recruitment projects, management reporting and staff development.
- Be a strong business partner to provide professional HR advice to business managers in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, organization planning.
- Take part in staff communication initiatives
- Participate in the ad-hoc HR projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above;
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Well-organized, able to attend to details and good team player;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese;
- Around 8 years’ solid experience in all round human resources functions preferably in IT industry and recruitment function
- Previous experience in recruitment projects, mass recruitment and/or employment agencies is required.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
