Our client is a multinational cosmetic company that has worldwide retail and online presence. With their growing brand portfolio on international level, they are seeking for a CRM and Digital Manager to strengthen their e-business strategies.

Dynamic Environment - New Role

As a leader in the digital team, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising the overall digital strategy to increase brand awareness and grow profitable revenue. In addition, you need to lead all digital touch point strategies especially on the website to deliver increased usability, lead capture and engagement as well as implementing repeatable, scalable and cost-effective social media / social marketing programmes to drive customer engagement and growth. Work with other internal stake holders to help deliver multi-channel on-going campaigns to key target audiences.

To qualify, you will need to be a degree holder in marketing or any related disciplines with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience. Proven work experience in the digital field and solid experience with digital technologies and web based technology is essential. Understanding how digital channels contribute to different industries will be highly desirable . Excellent interpersonal and team management skills with good command in Chinese and English.
