Responsibilities

1.   Prepare marketing / presentation materials

2.   Sales order follow up

3.   Follow up with prospective customers to clarify and confirm requirements

4.   Ad hoc assignments from superior

5.   Accurate and timely communications with team members on customer requirements

6.   Research online for target customers

7.   Ability to make initial contacts with target customers and arrange for meetings

8.   Handle enquiries, prepare quotations with regular report generation

Requirements

1.    Form 7 or above with 3 years relevant experience preferably in related industry

2.    An eye for detail and passion for beautiful interiors

3.    Proficient in MS Words, Excel & Power Point. Knowledge in Graphic software an advantage

4.    Flexible with good communication and inter-personal skills

5.    Strong multi-tasking ability and proactive team player

6.    Fluent Cantonese / Mandarin and English is a MUST

7.   Well organized, self motivated with attention to details / calculations

8.   Immediately available preferred
