Our client is a leading telecom company providing various of services to their customers. To cope with the business growth, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Under the CRM Depeartment and as a team member of the Market Analysis & Research Team. You will be responsible for performing market analysis and research for various business lines. You have to conduct regular in-house research projects covering questionnaire design & updates, tabulation of survey data and reports preparation & presentation. You will work with external research agencies on regular external research projects. You have to perform online survey programming and support online platform activities e.g. online survey, online community or live chat group etc. You also need to collect competitive market information.

Requirements:

Successful candidate has to be a degree holder in Market Research, Statistics or relevant discipline; with at least 4 years of experience in market research and analysis and must be proficient in using SPSS. You should also have experience in using onine survey applications such as PerfectForms, Survey Monkey, Surveygizmo or Qualtrics. Experience in working with research agency is preferred. You should possess good computer skills and excel in using MS Office. You should have strong analytical and presentation skills. You should also be good in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
