Benoy is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Assistant to provide Business Development and Marketing support to our studio.

 

The key purpose of this role is to support the core business development and marketing processes across Asia – primarily focusing on the Hong Kong and China markets.

 

This role involves administrative support to the key business development tasks involving PQQs, RFPs, client presentations and client database maintenance within the Hong Kong Studio. The role will also support the core marketing tasks involving event research, compiling general collateral and supporting the distribution of client communications.

 

The key value add this role brings to the Global Business Development and Marketing Team in Hong Kong is to provide strong administrative support to the managerial positions, allowing these roles to extend their scope across the studios.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Business Development 

  • Monitor the Hong Kong, Greater China and Asia Pacific inboxes and distribute emails as required (HR, Suppliers, Enquiries)
  • Work with Business Development Coordinator to asses incoming enquiries, share with the Directors, and liaise with the client for further information
  • Support handling incoming phone enquiries
  • Support Design Teams and Business Development Coordinator putting together RFPs
  • Support Design Teams and Business Development Coordinator responding to PQQs
  • Update CRM system with relevant content
  • Research contact details for BD purposes (meetings, events, leads etc.)
  • Update Google Earth account
  • Log all incoming enquiries and support Business Development Coordinator with follow up
  • Update and maintain client database for Hong Kong studio

 

Marketing 

  • Support the Marketing Team in the creation of client presentations relating to the Business Development enquiries
  • Support the Marketing Team by researching key events to assist in strengthening Benoy’s presence and knowledge of stakeholders, attendees and potential opportunities
  • Support the Marketing Team in the distribution of client communications
  • Complete adhoc tasks as required by the local team

You should have:

  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Degree qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing
  • Communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
