Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner with the appropriate documentation and comply with the company quality standards
• Provide support through all the shipment process, maintaining an effective and professional communication with suppliers and forwarders
• Follow up freight cost, including the respective documentation (ex: Cert. of origins, Health certification, BOL and others)
• Revise bills, invoices and purchase orders
• Ensure suppliers and forwarders are paid according to payment terms
• Create shipment packing lists and update information in database
• Ensure all documents required are properly filled out and store their copies physically and electronically
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the team

Requirements

• Degree holder in office administration management / logistics or related discipline are preferred. Non Degree holders might be considered depending on experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar position
• Fluent in English and French (both oral and written) is mandatory.  Knowledge of any other European language will be an advantage.
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Power point
