Job Description

We are partnering with a Risk Advisory consulting firm and we are looking to hire a Human Resources Officer to be based in their Hong Kong office.  The position will report to the Director, Regional Administration and Human Resources, providing support and assisting in human resources functions for our offices in the Asia-Pacific region.

 

Position overview:

Handle full range of HR functions which include recruitment, preparing contracts, staff orientation and induction, leave management, performance management, benefits, training & development and daily operations.

Liaising closely with office heads and directors to identity hiring and training needs. Maintaining up-to-date staff personnel records and assisting with other ad-hoc duties.

The positions offers a chance to work with an extremely experience management team and work with staff across different regions.

 

Skills and Experience

Requirements

  •         University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
  •         At least 2 years’ solid HR experience, especially in recruitment and training
  •         Good command of both written and spoken English and at least one Chinese language (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
  •         Proficient in Microsoft Office

Relevant Skills and Experience

  •         Well organized, self-motivated and independent
  •         Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
  •         Meticulous attention to detail
  •         Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
  •         Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and multi-task under pressure
  •         Knowledge in labor regulations and practices
  •         Experience in HRM and various recruitment activities such as job fair, campus hiring, recruitment talk and online recruitment is preferable
