Job Title:                               Contract Sales Admin. Assistant (1-year, renewable) 

Department/Division:            Sales Department 

Report to:                              Assistant Sales Admin. Manager 

Job Summary: 

This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Team.  

Job Duties

Administrative Support

• Handle sales order / purchasing order/ credit note requests from Sales Team and follow through approval process
• Assist sales admin team to maintain files (PAF, PO, Contract) and records (email/ confirmation letter)
• Assist sales team in expenses claiming / invoice checking /price setting
• Keep customer record up to date
• Handle fax order

Handling enquiries

• Manage customer hotline to handle orders and enquiries from customers
• Coordinate with internal parties to follow up on sales/ customers' enquiries

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 1-2 year experience in sales admin
• Formal customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent telephone manner
• Presentable, polite and cheerful personality
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A good team player, detail minded and flexible, responsive, good time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good PC knowledge
