Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service of inventory management, customer service, performance reporting, etc. to our clients
• Being the focal point of contact with clients and to closely connect with business partners. Keep both the business partners and the clients informed of their business performance
• Monitor, analyze and manage potential inventory write-offs and variances
• Drive continuous supply chain process improvement through regular review and enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead cost and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct data analysis on performance report
• Give advice on the best practice for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in logistics/supply chain management
• Min. 3 years working experience in inventory management
• Self-motivated with strong communication skill and customer service attitude
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule with multiple tasks in a fast moving environment
• Excellent analytical skills and a good command of Excel.  Knowledge of SAP operation preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English
