Responsibilities:

• Manage and liaise the relationship with buyers for the assigned channels
• Assist manager to lead execution of trade promotions
• Manage daily orders, shipments and sales trend to ensure the sales target on track
• Assist to manage trading terms and trade budgets
• Manage and analyze sales data and gather market intelligence
• Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analysis for management review
• Around 50% regular store visits to uphold trade promotion, report market changes and competitor activities as well as identify business opportunity
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Sales and Marketing or related discipline, Degree qualification is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years sales experience preferably in FMCG industry
• Presentable with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Analytical and sensitive to numerical data
• Detail, commercial-minded and team player
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
