Job Description
You are responsible for overall supervision of daily operation and management of a luxurious residential clubhouse in Hong Kong Island.
You are required:
- To arrange recreation activities and interest classes
- To record any incident and prepare report
- To handle any emergency cases and to ensure safety measures of the clubhouse
- To maintain effective communication with subordinates and
- To ensure quality of services being delivered to the residents
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Sports & Recreation Management or related discipline
- At least 6 years’ working experience in which 2 years must be at managerial level in sports / leisure field
- Sound knowledge in facility & recreation management. Candidates with F&B knowledge/ experience will definitely be an advantage
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good leadership and excellent interpersonal skill with strong initiative to interact with customers
- Proficient in MS Office computer application
