Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of air freight documents
• Documentation and data entry
• Handle airline bookings and procedures
• Liaise with customers, carriers and overseas agents
• Communicate with Co-loaders and Airlines
• Planning and follow up existing orders

      
Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years working experience in air export/ airlines operation
• 5.5 days work
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work overtime and overnight shift-duty
• Willing to shift on public holiday
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Candidate has more experience will be considered as Air Export Supervisor
