Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to customers regarding inventory management, actions, queries, improvements, issues, etc
• Be the main point of contact for customers, and act as a liaison between the customer and other departments within Zuellig Pharma, ensuring customers are informed in a timely manner of company developments and plans
• Lead cost and quality improvement initiatives with both internal departments and customers
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Control monthly purchases and receipts to comply with cash flow projections
• Initiate cyclical stock count against pre-set cyclical count schedule
• Maintenance of product master, pricing and bonus contract
• Ensure the accuracy of the book inventory against physical inventory
• Monitor expiry goods, fast moving and expensive items stock level 

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Logistics or Accounting
• min. 2 years working experience in inventory control or 3rd party logistics provider
• Self motivated and good communications, interpersonal skills and supervisory skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Good command in both written & spoken English
• Good knowledge in Excel is a MUST, familiar with PivotTable and vlookup function
