Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for issuing purchase order, order processing, general shipping document control and I/E declaration
Communicate with internal department, suppliers and Italy headquarter
To follow with suppliers and control shipment in all shipping method
Handling correspondence with external vendors & suppliers
Assist in daily administrative duties of the department

Job Requirements

F.5 graduate / Diploma
2 years shipping experience and familiar in Garment field at buying office is preferable
Experience in dealing with the factory and forwarding agent
Responsible and committed. Details Oriented with good numerical sense
Familiar with MS Excel and Word
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, good writing skills is preferred
Immediate available is highly preferred
