Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate and follow up with vendor on intimate sample tracking
Organization of parcel license and sending
Storage and sample organization
Handle e-mail queries
Assist in the preparation of the fit session for technical team
Support the fit session for technical team
Follow up on documents & necessary filing for the team
Plan and execute individual projects

REQUIREMENTS:

Education in garment / fashion related field or equivalent
Min. 1 year of exp. in garment related jobs (hands-on exp. in intimate apparel is a definite advantage); fresh graduate will also be considered
Good communication skill
Strong organizing skills and attention to details
Hands-on computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
