• 熟悉電腦操作及中英語
• 具顧客服務、接聽來電或控制室經驗
• 熟悉香港街道優先
• 需輪班工作

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• With good PC skills, good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Expereinces in handling customer complaints, phone inquiry or control room
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Map will be an advantage
• Willing to work on shift duties
