Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, enforce and improve collections and credit control policies and processes
• Ensure billings are complete, accurate and sent on schedule
• Communicate effectively with customers to enable timely cash collections
• Collaborate effectively with the sales, customer service, accounting and legal teams to enable rapid resolution of issues
• Prepare accurate and timely collection reports and forecasts
• Proactively escalate problem accounts to management and propose appropriate actions to minimize overdue receivables
• Set and implement best practices, targets and KPIs on collections and credit control
• Support data analysis requests and management presentations
• Enhance efficiency and coordination with accounting team through automation, system synchronization and process streamlining

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in billings and collections with B2B multinational companies essential
• Experience in collections in emerging markets in Asia, Africa and the Middle East highly desired
• Degree in Business or Accounting or Finance
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or other professional accounting bodies preferred
• Excellent customer servicing attitude
• Strong commercial sense and solution oriented outlook
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detailed oriented, proactive and has strong compliance mindset
• Advance user of MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
