Job Duties:

Purchase order processing & supplier invoice checking

Input stock receiving record

Prepare export invoice & packing

Participate other ad-hoc duties that support sales & warehouse teams

The Ideal Candidate should have:

Proficiency in MS Excel & Word and Chinese Word Processing.

Ability to master large data volume with accuracy

Ability to work under pressure to cope with the shipment schedule

To work 5.5 days per week
