We are looking for Assistant Operations Officer (Business) - a detailed-oriented person. He/She will play a big part in our back-end business operations and helping with the internal administrative work, which includes client services, distribution, and researches.

Job Descriptions

• Liaising and building rapport with Merchants and Partners to create new and maintain existing accounts
• Work closely with Tech and Sales Marketing teams to streamline and coordinate the operations and services
• Conduct in-depth research to source new service tools and providing solutions to team
• Handle inquiries and solve problems for merchants
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• Organised, Tactful, Detail-Oriented, Self-Starting, Charismatic Communication Skills, Multi-tasker are MUST
• Solid experience in Retail or Internet company preferred.
• Good proficiency in MS Office preferred
• 3+ year working experience is a plus
• Experience in graphic design is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
• Immediately Available
