Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing company events
• Coordinate with event organizers and/or production house for pre-event arrangement such as logistics, material preparation and manpower arrangement etc
• Handle event management duties such as venue and event rundown etc
• Communicate with vendors and relevant departments to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of all events
• Develop and maintain partnership with relevant parties, including NGOs, local community, business partners and other operation teams
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma Holder in Event Management/ Business Administration
• Excellent organizational, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• 2-4 years relevant experience in organizing company events
• Proficiency in MS office
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Good team player willing to work overtime and on weekend and public holiday
