Benoy is looking for a Site Architect to join the Hong Kong studio. 

Key Duties:

• HKIA registered, with at least 6 years’ experience
• Provide site supervision, service co-ordination and liason with contractors and consultants
• Attend weekly, monthly and other technical / progress meetings held at the site as required
• Review the contractor’s progress, identify constraints and recommend corrective measures
• Inspect contractor works according to technical specifications, benchmarks and quality standards
• Manage snagging and de-snagging lists, maintain logs and tracking report
• Coordinate and evaluate of all consultant RFI responses
• Review architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines
• Review submittals of shop drawings, materials, mockups and construction details
• Review and respond to contractor request for information or clarification
• Verify that submittals and site works are per specs and standards
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor the works for architectural information
• Propose solutions and details that help to solve technical issues where required
• Coordinate directly with the consultants contractor and suppliers for the submittal of the drawings, discussing technical matters and work process
