Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Vice President, including both business and personal matters.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of travel plan and arrangement
- Managing the calendar and arrange daily appointments
- Handle business correspondence e.g. prepare memo, translation, meeting materials etc.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary Educated, with formal secretarial training is an advantage
- 2 years secretarial working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Pro-active, good communication skills, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
