Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the team, including logistic arrangement and system documentation;
• Assist the team to follow up customer invoices and supplier payments, with internal / external parties;
• Assist the team to complete the tasks on time;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Department Head. 

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above;
• 3 year or above relevant working experience, especially in logistic & system operation is preferrable;
• Proficient in both written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Well-versed in MS Office & MS Project is a must;
• Responsible, well-organized, detailed & flexible mind;
• Able to work independently;
• Positive work attitude as a self-motivated team player is a must.
