Job description:

• Exercise project direction and coordination throughout all project life-cycles
• Provide strategic leadership to develop and manage both business and functional operation
• Oversee contract agreements, construction documentation, client liaisons and negotiations
• Ensure the entire operational work processes and documentations are comply with company standard
• Control and monitor all contractual, cost and technical issues of projects
• Develop and manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Establish supply chain network to support operations

Requirements:

• A university degree and professional qualification in engineering, architecture or similar construction disciplines, with not less than 20 years post qualification experience, including at least 10 years in a position with a senior management responsibility
• Solid knowledge of fit out construction, supply chain of materials suppliers / sub-contractors, and related statutory requirements
• Good interpersonal skill with clients and related parties
• Strong business acumen and commercial sense
