Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, and hiring budgets
- Conduct market research related to recruitment, and develop and maintain effective communication and relationship with staff and candidates
- Assist the head of recruitment in preparing reports for management review, headcount budgeting and planning
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' recruitment experiences
- Mature, responsible and good leadership skills
- Strong people and negotiation skills
