The Middle School Athletic Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of HKIS Middle School athletic events, maintaining all information regarding athletic participation and to ensure a smooth, efficient and centrally coordinated process for sports-related events.


Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts, Sports Science, Coaching, Sports Management
• Clerical experience for office management
• Experience for event management and meeting organization
• Sporting and tournament experience to enhance communication with coaches
• Computer skills: Windows, FrontPage, Excel, and a willingness to learn the school database system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
