Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up sales orders and customers’ enquiries.
• Responsible for goods delivery and shipment arrangement.                                                     
• Take care of customers' claims and returns.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Tertiary educated or above.
• 1 relevant year's experience.
• Mature, diplomatic, independent and well-organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and knowledge of database.
• Ocassionally travel may required.
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Officer.
