Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform infrastructure setup, server/database administration, application system support and implementation
• Monitor and maintain network and application system in office, restaurants and data centres
• Coordinate with vendors
• Provide proper IT advice to the project and prepare relevant progress reports and plans
• Coordinate local IT support team to provide technical and system support to end users
• Prepare and review IT Policy and Procedure documentations
• Maintain and Support IT Control, BCP and Drill on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Degree in computer related discipline or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in supervisor level preferably in retail / catering industry
• Hands on experience in TCP/IP Networking, structured cabling, Linux / Window Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL Server, Sophos End-Point security
• Experience in vendor management, IT control and PCI audit is desirable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
