Job Description
Duties :
- Responsible for providing hardware, software and Networking support for in-house systems
- Network and service monitoring
- Server farm, dealing room, back office IT support
- Perform Helpdesk function
- Handling and prioritizing incidents, escalate issues as appropriate
- Perform system upgrade, migrate project tasks
- Participate in shift duties 9AM-6PM or 2PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
- Monday to Friday, 5 day-nights work
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with MS operating systems, TCP/IP
- Skills in PC, Server, Networking trouble-shooting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and willing to learn
