Duties :

• Responsible for providing hardware, software and Networking support for in-house systems
• Network and service monitoring
• Server farm, dealing room, back office IT support
• Perform Helpdesk function
• Handling and prioritizing incidents, escalate issues as appropriate
• Perform system upgrade, migrate project tasks
• Participate in shift duties 9AM-6PM or 2PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
• Monday to Friday, 5 day-nights work

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with MS operating systems, TCP/IP
• Skills in PC, Server, Networking trouble-shooting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and willing to learn
