Color & Printing Manager (Stationed in China)

 

Duties :                          

  Supervise and provide strategies to improve the printing operation efficiency;

  Monitor the operations closely to provide good quality and cost effectiveness under tight lead time;

  Ensure color quality in standardize;

  Develop and review printing policies, guidelines and procedures on a continuous basis;

  Manage daily printing activities to ensure timely delivery to customer ;

  Liaise with internal departments to drive the operational effectiveness.

 

Skills : Self-motivated, detailed-minded and organized with strong sense of urgency and responsibility.

 

Requirements :

  Diploma in manufacturing or degree in management;

  Good command in written and spoken in English

  At least 10 years relevant experience in related work in China;

  Good leadership & interpersonal skill;

  Highly independent, working with initiative, stable character and tactful manner;

  Work independent and willing to work under pressure;

  Immediately available preferred.
