Responsibilities:

• Handle customer relationship management (CRM) programs for Saint Honore brand, including the strategic planning and execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies as well as cultivating customer engagement and loyalty
• Manage customer life cycle and work with marketing team to plan and execute customer acquisition and retention programs plus joint promotions
• Maintain & develop the eCRM & Ecom platforms  (website & apps), including the program development, management of CMS and conduct UAT.
• Plan and implement digital marketing activities including but not limited to website, app, eDM, SEO, SEM, Facebook etc.
• Analyze customer data for customer segmentation, reporting and insights
• Work closely with internal and external parties e.g. Operations, CS, IT, digital platform production vendors, printers etc. on CRM and digital marketing initiatives
• Organize corporate communication materials and other assigned marketing activities

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications, CRM, digital marketing/E-commerce, apps & website development. Candidates with retail experience is preferred;Strong experience in and knowledge of digital marketing and online platforms development
• Strong analytical, organization and communication skills, great attention to details, effective time and project management skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer.
