KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement all marketing advertising & promotion programs, in line with brand focus
• Create and develop product communication collaterals, including leaflet & website
• Track competitors’ activities and review market performance
• Closely monitor performance of social media platforms and synergize all for better brand communication
• Track marketing expenses
• Manage external agencies on marketing programs development
• Manage marketing database & promotion calendar

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of Marketing experience (preferably in FMCG industries)
• University graduate (preferably in Marketing or Business degree)
• Very detail oriented
• Independent and self-initiation
• Sense of urgency and action-oriented
• Analytical mind, with sound understanding of marketing principles
• With creative thinking and “change” advocate (not afraid to challenge status quo)
• Ability to work under time constraints and manage different brands/projects concurrently
• Must have exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Achieve more with less mentally
• Good at powerpoint & excel
• Good team player
