Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales, market share and profit target in assigned countries / customers so as to achieve annual sales target.
- Explore and develop new business through new customer / your sales network
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing plan
- Monitor competitors’ pricing & activities and conduct market research / analysis to provide the recommendations
- Coordinate with difference internal departments for Asia new products development and order follow up
- Consolidate the international fair information, organize the preparation work and participation in related Fair / Show
- Other urgent ad hoc works as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related discipline
- At least 7 years solid sales experience in branded consumer products industry. Experience in stationery / office supplies / fishing tools is preferred.
- Direct experience in India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, South Africa, Pakistan and Sri Lanka markets would be an advantage
- Proven track records on sales target
- Fluent English, Chinese and Mandarin a definite advantage
- Good analytical skill, communication skill, problem solving skill and able to work independently under pressure
- Occasional travel to Asia / China is required
- Computer literate especially PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese word processing.
- Proactive and good team player
