Responsibilities:

• Manage and working with different departments to ensure business and operations running smoothly to accomplish the Company’s objectives
• Lead and motivate key operation heads to develop and align to the Company direction
• Participate in projects and follow through the vision, mission and direction and implement it into actionable strategies; from concept to implementation
• Lead and encourage the teams to maximize performance and dedication
• Maintain first class quality standard by establishing and enforcing policies
• Any ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or higher
• Essentially, a multi tasked person who is energetic and believe in “Can do”
• Possess minimum 10 years of project management experience with China and overseas exposure
• Excellent planning and organizing ability to demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills
• Substantial ability to priorities and manage workload
• Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Sleeves rolling up, self-motivated and dedicated to deliver top quality solutions
• Necessary be fluent in Putonghua, both oral & written, also in English & Cantonese
