Job Details: 

- Answer patients inquiry and appointment booking

- Assist doctors to deliver consultations and operations

- Introduce services and explain service charge to patients

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above

- 2 years of clinical experience

- Good command of Cantonese and English

- Deliver good customer service

-Knowledge in computer skills(Microsoft word/ Excel)

-Certificate in blood taking will be an advantage

- 處理病人預約, 查詢, 跟進

- 協助醫生診症

- 介紹及與病人簡介中心服務、收費

資歷 :

- 中五以上程度

- 2年醫務中心工作經驗

- 懂基本電腦操作(Microsoft word/ Excel)

- 主動、積極及善於關通、待客親切有禮

- 良好中文和英文溝通能力

- 持有抽血證書可獲優先考慮
