Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate sample development and production and meet buyer requirements and obtain/make necessary approvals
• Prepare and coordinate costing package
• Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and being sent to France Properly and follow up buyers on order confirmation
• Monitor and progress each critical stage throughout the order tracking process to make sure each step is properly implement
• Communicate with buyers and suppliers independently
• Provide support to the team leaders and buyers during the quotation meeting
• Prepare buyers trips and ensure the preparation during and before buyers meeting and prepare the schedule of the buying trip with the vendors according to the buyer needs
• Create order/TAC into system and ensure all TAC data are updated in the system timely and accurately

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Textile / University graduate 
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in Buying Office environment 
• Strong technical knowledge in swimwear
• Good experience in costing, sourcing and production tracking activities
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Proactive, dynamic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
