Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality and professional secretarial services to all companies and subsidiaries of a listed company in Hong Kong.
• Ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements e.g. preparing of announcements, circulars, annual / interim reports, organizing meetings for the Board of Directors and Shareholders and up-keeping of all company secretarial records
• Maintain standards of corporate governance  by keeping company registration and statutory record
• Keep update of changes in regulations that may affect the company’s business and corporate governance
• Assist CFO in execution of ad-hoc projects.

Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years Company Secretarial experience coming from international Professional Firms in serving listed companies and/or listed companies
• Experienced in placement, bond issuance, transactions, etc.
• Degree holder with major in relevant subject, and qualified member of the HKICS or ICSA
• Well versed with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO, Company Ordinances, Takeover Codes and other statutory and regulatory requirements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• A team player with strong leadership skill and interpersonal skills
