Our client who is a real estate asset management firm/ private family office of a leading property developer in Hong Kong is looking for high calibre candidates with the following characteristics to join their team:  

Duties include: 

• Perform due diligence mainly for Hong Kong and international property investment opportunities, including various aspects such as business, valuation, tax and legal considerations  
• Create financial projections and IRR models for property investments 
• Preparing investment feasibility memos, marketing presentations and reports 
• Investment sourcing and transaction management, including negotiating and structuring transactions, as well as interacting and managing third party advisors
• Assisting in the negotiation and arrangement of debt financing.
• May include assisting in covering other liquid asset classes, such as fixed income and equities  
• Assist in organizing vehicles for third party investors' participation

Expectations on background:

• Independent, mature and credible personality
• Ideally possess 4-10 years’ experience in an entity with exposure to real estate transactions in Hong Kong and outside of Hong Kong
• Experience in analysing and highlighting appropriate commercial, technical, physical and legal matters on property investments would be extremely helpful
• Financial modelling and analytical skills with strong interest and/or experience in investment structuring  
• Solid oral communication and report writing skills in English and Chinese. Ability to speak Mandarin is important.
