Redline is looking for a full time specialist to the lead the company’s compliance division. Successful applicants will have specialized FATCA or CRS reporting experience. Big 4 accounting experience in audit, risk, or assurance preferred. Master’s Degree in Business or Finance with US based compliance roles highly desirable. Expert proficiency in English language for compliance interaction with regulators as needed.

Career opportunity:

• Roll out the implementation of a FATCA & Common Reporting Standard (CRS) program for clients
• Manage the entire compliance department including marketing, brochure and client boarding presentations
• Lead project meetings, workshops, and training for internal and external clients
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to champion discussions and deliver multiple agenda solutions to opposing stakeholders

Requirements: 

• Comprehensive understanding of FATCA and CRS regulatory requirement
• Understandings of KYC AML regulations
• Familiar with account opening of individuals and commercial entity customers for the related products such as deposit, investment & etc.
• Detailed understanding of Due Diligence process during annual review and Pre-existing Account handling
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Office esp in powerpoint
• Immediately available is preferred
• Ensure all required actions are implemented for classification, due diligence and reporting;
• Align with CRS knowledge support team to ensure complete and finalized classification and process;
• Preparation of draft client communication to inform them on FATCA & CRS and to collect missing information in order to make the classification;
• Helping the business / service delivery teams with their enquiries from clients, in close alignment with the CRS knowledge support team;

Others

• US Compliance experience desired
