Job Description
Job Duties/工作範圍
-Formulate marketing and sales strategies for the sale of properties.
-Propose to the Management on the positioning, pricing strategy and budget for the properties to be launched.
-Plan and launch programs to promote and enhance the branding and image of the properties.
-Formulate sales presentation to clients and sales training to external vendors/ agents on various projects
-Keep up-to-date with market conditions, competitors activities and product applications
-Analyze the market data and information, and report to the Management for their review from time to time.
-Involved in hosting sales events and exhibition
-Build and recruit sales team
-制定銷售物業的營銷和銷售策略
-建議銷售物業的定位,定價策略和預算
-制定及推行計劃以促進和增強銷售物業的品牌和形象
-向客戶制定銷售演示,並向項目中介/代理商進行銷售培訓
-收集最新的市場資訊,競爭對手的活動和產品應用,分析市場數據和信息,並不時向管理層報告
-參與主辦銷售活動和展覽
-建立和招聘銷售團隊
Requirement/要求
-Degree holder or above
-Minimum 5 years of experience working in sales or business development positions in real estate (preferably in residential property sales)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing personality
-Knowledge on legal procedures on property sales
-Able to work under pressure
-Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is required
-大學學位或以上
-在房地產銷售或發展具備最少5年工作經驗(最好在住宅物業銷售)
-良好的溝通和人際交往技巧
-具備有關物業銷售及法律程序的知識
-能夠在壓力下工作
-流利的英語和普通話
