Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative and secretarial supports.  Responsible to call & arrange onsite meeting, and facilitate delivery arrangement.

• Good communication skills with analytical mind.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Handle customer inquiry and perform daily routine administration tasks.
• Handle full set of account.
• Assist in project coordination works as required.

 Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of administrative experience ( (Fresh graduates also will be considered);
• Relevant experience are not specified;
• Proficient in spoken and written English language;
• Proficient in Putonghua is preferable;
• Daily administration;
• Working knowledge in MS Office applications, Chinese typing is essential;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, problem solving skill and sales oriented; &
• Immediate available is highly preferable
