Description

• Provide operation and administration support to the team
• Process sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time
• Update daily sales and transaction information
• Prepare and generate sales report for management review
• Coordinate with internal department on any promotion activities
• Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
• Provide secretarial support to General Manager
• Assist in ad hoc assignments/projects

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years' relevant experience
• Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work systematically
• Accurate and efficient in data processing
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC skills (Word/Excel & Chinese word processing)
