Our client is a Hong Kong based conglomerate with a strong portfolio in both retail and GT channels. They are looking for a experienced sales and marketing caliber from FMCG to join their team as Business Director.

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the senior management, you will be having PNL for a business unit that covers sales, marketing, business development as well as other supporting functions. You will lead a sizable team for management of multiple consumer brands with solid distribution in the local market. To improve the top line, you will be consistently identifying new growth areas across various channels, plus controlling the operating cost effectively. You will lead to foster and sustain the engaging business relationship with the external stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for an all rounded expertise to join a well-established business arm of a leading brand in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

• 15+ years sales experience from leading FMCG brands
• Comprehensive exposure in key account and GT channels
• Knowledge in branding and channel marketing
• Outstanding leadership skills and track record to engage with an experienced team
• Strategic, sound business acumen, strong relationship building ability
• University degree in business management or related discipline
